FRANKLIN COUNTY, Arkansas — One person was killed and another was injured after a motorcycle crash in Franklin County.
A crash report from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety (DPS) says that the crash occurred on July 5 at around 1:12 a.m.
The report says that the motorcycle was moving southbound on Highway 23 when it failed to negotiate a curve and went off the roadway and into a ditch.
Conditions were clear and dry at the time of the crash, according to the crash.
Linda Bennett, 73, of Ninnekah, Oklahoma, died in the crash. A man of an unknown age was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
