CARROLL COUNTY (KFSM) — Five individuals have already arrested, but the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is still searching for three suspects in a theft spree spanning across Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri, according to a press release.
The department has obtained arrest warrants for three individuals: Michael Brandon McElroy, 20; Van Doran Weaver, 32; and Candice Nicole Watkins, 27.
The three are wanted as suspects in Carroll County for theft of property and criminal trespassing related to several Carroll County vehicle thefts, the release states. McElroy and Weaver are also wanted for breaking and entering.
Five other individuals have also been arrested, according to the release.
David Junior Cox, 52, is in a Greene County, Missouri jail, but is facing residential burglary, theft of property and possession of firearms charges in Carroll County.
Marie Ann Hamm, 32, is in a Barry County, Missouri jail, and is also facing residential burglary and theft of property charges in Carroll County.
Andrew Frigyes Roberts, 22; Fern Denise Wood, 42; and Andrew Kyle Boyer, 23, have been booked into the Carroll County Detention Center.
Roberts is facing charges of theft of property, breaking and entering and criminal trespassing in relation to the theft and possession of stolen vehicles.
Wood and Boyer are facing charges of theft by receiving.
Sheriff Randy Mayfield said in the release that anyone assisting the wanted individuals or providing sanctuary will also face criminal charges.
The case has involved law enforcement agencies in Eureka Springs, Berryville, Harrison, Fayetteville, Washington County and Boone County in Arkansas, and Barry County, Stone County, Greene County and Springfield in Missouri.
