TULSA — Spoons up! A new Tulsa restaurant will offer the favorite breakfast of childhood — cereal.
The Bowl-n-Spoon Cereal Bar opened its doors Tuesday (July 5). This is first the cereal bar in Oklahoma.
“We are aiming at millennials and those kiddos after school who have their cars and want to do homework. We are also aiming at families with children,” owner Jamie Horton told KOTV.
There are 30 different types of cereal and 20 different toppings, which are dished up by pajama-wearing servers.
Cereal enthusiasts can mix and match cereals and toppings.
Horton and her husband, Scott, have been planning the cereal bar for years, playing on the nostalgia of the breakfast staple.
There will be a grand opening ceremony on Saturday (July 9), where they will have an all-day pajama party.
