FORT SMITH (KFSM) — Students have returned to class after evacuating Darby Junior High at 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday (Sept. 1) for a bomb threat, according to a Facebook post on the school’s page.
The students went to a tornado shelter while the threat was investigated, the post states. The building was cleared and classes resumed at 12:07 p.m.
The lunch schedule was adjusted so that all students could eat.
