FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — Police arrested a Fayetteville man linked to a shooting last week at The Links at Fayetteville.
Jalon Anderson, 18, was arrested Tuesday (Nov. 6) in connection with unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and carrying a weapon.
Fayetteville police said a witness got into a fight with Anderson prior to the shooting on Oct. 25.
Another witness said they saw Anderson return to the apartment complex and shoot about five shots toward a unit on Prairie Dunes Trail before driving off, according to a preliminary arrest report.
No one was injured in the shooting.
Anderson was being held Thursday (Nov. 7) at the Washington County Detention Center on a $15,850 bond.
He has a hearing set for Dec. 5 in Washington County Circuit Court.
