FORT SMITH (KFSM) – The Fort Smith Police Department identified a woman found dead in a pool on Tuesday (July 28), authorities say.
On Wednesday (July 29), authorities identified the woman as Donna Turner, 56, according to the Fort Smith Police Department.
The residence with the pool is at 5117 Wirsing Ave. Police said the woman’s husband found her.
It is unclear whether the death was an accident, but police said they do not suspect foul play.
Turner’s body is going to be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy.
