Two Washington County inmates accused of raping and torturing their cellmate were in court Wednesday (Dec. 18).
Javaugntaiye Willis and JDonta Britt face charges including rape, terroristic threatening and second-degree battery.
Britt’s bond increased to $350,000, and Willis is being held without bond. Their next court appearance is set for Jan. 17.
