ROGERS (KFSM)- Rogers firefighter Justin Blickenderfer was buried Thursday (Oct. 22) at Pinnacle Memorial Gardens with hundreds of fellow firefighters, friends and family in attendance.
Chief Tom Jenkins said around 500 people attended the funeral at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Rogers. A procession of Rogers fire vehicles, police vehicles and helicopters led Blickenderfer's casket to the burial.
Blickenderfer served at the Rogers Fire Department for two-and-a-half years. He died on Oct. 14 after a sudden illness.
