LOWELL, Ark.— The chief of the Lowell Police Department handed in retirement paperwork, according to the mayor.
Lowell Mayor Chris Moore said he hoped for the best for Police Chief Randy Harvey.
“We wish Chief Harvey the very best in his upcoming retirement and his ability to spend time with his family,” Moore said.
