CRAWFORD COUNTY (KFSM) — A man charged with multiple felonies has bonded out after he was arrested Friday evening (Sept. 11) on suspicion of violating his bond conditions.
Gerald Lee Graham, 44, bonded out Monday morning (Sept. 15) at $100,000, according to Crawford County Sheriff Ron Brown.
Graham had bonded out at $60,000 after he was previously arrested on suspicion of rape and child pornography.
He was charged with 10 counts of rape and second degree sexual assault for having sexual relations with a juvenile girl.
Brown issued a statement Friday that the sheriff’s office was in search of Graham for violating his bond conditions, one of those being not to have direct or indirect contact with the victim. Graham turned himself in that night.
His next court appearance has not been set.
