SPRINGDALE (KFSM) — A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car in Springdale on Thursday (Nov. 3), according to the Springdale Police Department.
Police responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian accident near the intersection of Thompson and Bailey at 6:45 p.m. Cruz Gonzalez, 62, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect’s vehicle left the scene. The police said the vehicle is possibly a 2003-2005 Dodge Neon with a possible shattered front windshield. The color of the car is unknown. The front bumper of the Neon was at the accident scene.
