FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – Surprise your Valentine this year with a Puppy-gram from the Fayetteville Animal Shelter.
For a minimum of $30, your special someone will receive a ten minute visit from a sweet alumni shelter dog.
The shelter programs administrator Joni Mosher says, “This year we have expanded the program to three days and each day we will have a large dog and small dog option for folks to choose from.”
During the visit, the chosen dog will also present your valentine with one long stem rose and a card acknowledging that a donation has been made to the shelter in their honor. “We are so excited to offer a way for people to help the shelter while also providing them with a unique way to surprise a loved one on Valentine’s day,” stated Justine Lentz, shelter superintendent.
All of the funds raised will go into the shelter’s donation account to be used as needed throughout the year. All donations are tax deductible.
There are slots available through Friday, February 13th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The shelter will only be offering this service to addresses within the Fayetteville city limits.
