A Springdale man has been arrested for allegedly making moonshine in the bedroom of a home on Highland Avenue.
Philip Lambert, 46, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of moonshine still, according to police.
On June 19 police went to the home in the 1100 block of Highland to assist the building inspector. The home was in violation of city code because it did not have running water. The home had also been “red tagged” and deemed unsafe by the building inspector, police said.
