SPRINGDALE (KFSM) - Springdale Police said they are investigating after a gas station was robbed early Sunday morning (Sept. 28).
Authorities said the robbery happened at the White Oak Gas Station at 3111 S. Missouri Road just after 4 a.m.
Officers said they were first alerted about the robbery in progress, after someone pressed a panic alarm at the gas station. The clerk was also able to call 911 as the suspects made off with the cash.
The clerk told police the two men who robbed her were either Hispanic or Marshallese, and appeared to be in their late teens.
The clerk did not believe that any weapons were used in the attack.
Police say one suspect was wearing a local school's cross country shirt. The same type of shirt was seen in a robbery at a nearby night club, Zabana.
Anyone with information on this robbery, or about the suspects, is asked to call Springdale Police at 751-4542.
