VAN BUREN (KFSM) — A Van Buren pharmacist is accused of sexually assaulting a minor.
Mike Hogan, 57, was arrested Friday on suspicion of first-degree sexual assault.
According to an affidavit, Hogan told investigators that he rubbed the victims stomach because they did not feel well, but denied anything further.
The interview, according to investigators was over after that.
“Subsequently he was interviewed. Basically he advised us that he was going to retain a lawyer but we believe that with the evidence presented to us that we had enough evidence to make a probable cause arrest. He was arrested and charged,” said Crawford County Sheriff Ron Brown.
Hogan was released from jail on a bond of $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment Wednesday at 8:30 a.m.
