ALTUS, Ark. — Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, the socialite stars of the 2003 series "The Simple Life," are returning to where it all began.
Paris and Nicole were spotted at Alligator Rays, a Cajun restaurant in Altus, celebrating their return to the Natural State.
Alligator Rays sported a packed house and took to social media to celebrate the night and thank everyone.
"What a crazy and fun night with all of you!!! Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie joined us for a Simple Life reunion! Music from Jason & Robby was amazing! Thank you guys so much. Thank you to our wait staff, bartender, and kitchen staff!! Everyone worked diligently to appease the crowd. Altus has a lot to offer and we’re working hard on giving you the best experience possible," Alligator Rays said on Facebook.
"The Simple Life" is a reality show that began airing in 2003 and featured the two celebrities doing different jobs and learning new ways of life across the U.S. The first season took place in Altus.
Now, nearly 20 years after the show first aired, the famous pair returned to Altus and reunited with some familiar faces from the first season.
The visit aligns with rumors that a new project featuring the two stars is coming soon. Hilton first teased the project on social media in May.
The trip to Altus comes just days after the two worked a drive-thru shift at a Sonic in California.
Hilton has popped up in Arkansas multiple times in recent months, including in Fayetteville at the 2024 Walmart Associate Celebration in June, and in December 2023, she was seen riding motorized luggage around a Walmart in Bentonville.
