PEA RIDGE, Ark. — Three adults and one minor were arrested for the assault of an 18-year-old in Pea Ridge caught on video, according to police reports and court documents.
A Benton County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) affidavit reports that on April 24, Treyzon Milne-Jones, 18, told a deputy he was attacked by at least 10 people while on a walk near his grandmother's house.
BCSO recovered footage of the attack that showed Ashton Anderson, 19, Donavin Kester, 19, and Devin Martin, 18, hitting and kicking Milne-Jones, while a woman holding a bowie knife struck him, according to the affidavit.
"While the group hit Milne-Jones, you can hear him screaming for help," the report reads. "At one point Kester is seen choking him."
After the attack, BCSO states that Milne-Jones returned to his grandmother's house where he called authorities before going to the hospital.
Anderson, Kester, Martin, and an unnamed minor were taken into custody, and charged with battery, and engaging in violent criminal group activity.
The group reportedly told authorities they attacked Milne-Jones after he "talked shit" about them on social media.
