FORT SMITH, Ark. — According to the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD), Stephan McKinney, 28, has been arrested in connection to a shooting that left one person injured on Friday, Nov. 3 on Yorkshire Drive.
McKinney is facing charges of battery and felony possession of a firearm.
