FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — According to the Goshen Police Department (GPD), a Fayetteville woman was arrested on Oct. 25 after a victim brought forward a video of her physically and sexually abusing him.
An arrest affidavit reports that while responding to a separate call in July, a Goshen detective was approached by somebody who said they had previously been abused by Mary Marelle, 39, in June.
When that person arrived at the station to give a statement, they reportedly provided police with a five-minute video of Marelle kicking, hitting, slapping, and throwing things at the alleged victim.
In the video, Marelle also allegedly takes her clothes off and forces the alleged victim to grab her body and says she is going to kill him.
According to Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) records, Marelle was booked into the detention center on Oct. 25 on charges of sexual assault and terroristic threatening and was released on bond the next day.
