FORT SMITH, Ark. — A crash in Fort Smith near the Pavilion shopping center ended in life-threatening injuries for one person on Aug. 26, according to the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD).
FSPD reports that a moped crash near Phoenix Avenue and the I-540 overpass ended in life-threatening injuries, and caused traffic delays. Traffic around the shopping center may be impacted for several hours as the accident reconstruction team takes measurements.
The identity of the person injured in the crash has not been released, but 5NEWS will update this article as more information becomes available.
