JOHNSON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — A power outage impacted more than 4,000 people in Johnson and Pope Counties, according to Power Outage US.
The website reports all outages were from Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative.

The map reflected that Johnson County had 2,459 customers affected, while Pope County had 1,996.
By 7:47 a.m., the power was restored in both counties. The cause of the outage was unknown.
