ARKANSAS, USA — Thousands were without power on Thursday, Oct. 31, after severe storms tore through Washington County.
The most affected counties are Madison, Washington, Carroll, and Scott, with 4,312 outages combined.
Prairie Grove had to delay its school start time to 10 a.m. due to the outages as crews worked to restore electricity. Power was restored to nearly all customers by around 10:15 a.m.
