LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A man from Muldrow, Oklahoma, was hit and killed by a car while walking in Little Rock.
A report from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety said that 30-year-old Matthew Leroy Swain was killed on Oct. 25 at around 4:10 a.m.
The report said that Swain was crossing exit 128 toward the interstate from the service road when he was struck by a vehicle traveling west on I-30W.
Conditions were clear and dry, according to the report.
