FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — An Eclipse Food Festival is set to take place in Fayetteville on April 4, at Mount Sequoyah.
The event will be hosted by Cureate Courses who said it "goes beyond a typical food event by celebrating Arkansas' leaders in agriculture and culinary innovation."
Local farmers and food entrepreneurs will be at the event offering samples of Arkansas-made and Arkansas-grown products. The event will also help Cureate Courses graduates "showcase their innovative food businesses," for a chance to win $5,000, the release said.
The festival will feature live music from the following local artists:
- DJ Josue
- The Shiloh Old Time Pickers
- Meadow Makers
Tickets are available for purchase online and kids under 10 years of age get in free. Each ticket purchase includes eclipse glasses.
The event will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Mount Sequoyah Center located at 150 N. Skyline Drive.
