FORT SMITH, Ark. — On Wednesday UA Fort Smith freshman Payton Brown announced that he will enter the transfer portal.

Brown had a stellar freshman campaign averaging over 21 points a game. The Waldron native also shot over 41% on three pointers..

First off I would like to thank the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and the men’s basketball coaching staff for allowing me the opportunity to play the game I love this year.
