FAYETTEVILLE, Ark — On Sunday the #2 Diamond Hogs finished their four game sweep of SEMO, 11-4 in a rain shortened game. Arkansas has now started its season a perfect 7-0.
Cayden Wallace would open the scoring with his second home run of the series. Brady Slavens would follow with a homer of his own. It's the Hogs second set of back-to-back home runs this season.
The home run party continued in the fourth. With Arkansas up 6-3 Matt Goodheart hit his first of the season. The Hogs would break the game open scoring six runs in the fourth inning.
Lyel Lockheart Jr. allowed 3 earned runs in 3.2 innings in his second start with the Razorbacks.
The game was called with the Hogs up 11-4 in the 5th inning due to weather.
