#1 Razorbacks defeat Oral Roberts

Arkansas has now won ten straight games with SEC play scheduled to begin on Friday.

FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas — No. 1 Arkansas (14-2) baseball has now won ten straight games after defeating Oral Roberts (7-10), 4-2, Tuesday evening. 

Arkansas got the scoring going in the second with a bases loaded single from Peyton Stovall that scored two runs. Wehiwa Aloy would bring in another run in the frame to give the Razorbacks a 3-0 early lead. 

Kendall Diggs would add some insurance with a solo home run in the bottom of the fifth. Diggs now has three home runs on the season so far. 

The Golden Eagles would get a run on the board in the seventh with a sacrifice fly from Sam Thompson and would add another in the top of the eighth. 

Freshman Colin Fisher got the win today going three scoreless innings allowing three hits, walking one and striking out four. 

Arkansas opens up SEC play hosting Missouri for a weekend series beginning Friday. First pitch is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. on the SEC Network+.
