NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Arkansas Razorbacks men's basketball team loses to the fifth seeded South Carolina Gamecocks in the second round of the SEC tournament Thursday afternoon 80-66.
The Hogs entered the game as the 12 seed in the tournament and riding high after a 90-85 thrilling overtime win over Vanderbilt, Wednesday night.
After a competitive first half, the the Razorbacks went into the locker room down just three 38-35.
However the Gamecocks came out and took control in the second, pulling away to end the game, and in all likelihood Arkansas' season, with a dominant 80-66 win.
Arkansas finishes with a 16-17 record, including tournament games.
