ARKANSAS, USA — The USL Arkansas soccer team announced its official partnership with CHARLY in a release on Thursday, Aug. 15.
According to the release, CHARLY, "a leading soccer brand from Mexico," will become the club's official kit and training apparel provider. CHARLY has a strong presence in Mexico's top-flight, Liga MX, the highest level of Mexican soccer.
Chris Martinovic, co-founder of USL Arkansas, said the team is excited about the partnership.
"Their understanding of the soccer landscape and commitment to excellence in support of the USL will provide our players and fans with exceptional apparel that embodies the spirit of our team and our community," said Martinovic.
CHARLY Sports Marketing Manager Jesús Salazar said this is a "significant step" for the company.
"We could not be more proud to be part of Northwest Arkansas’s professional soccer journey," said Salazar. "We are excited to bring our custom designs to the passionate fans of USL Arkansas and look forward to a successful relationship that boosts the local soccer culture."
USL Arkansas will begin wearing the gear this season.
