CEDARVILLE, Ark. — Downed powerlines have blocked both lanes of traffic on Highway 59 going through Cedarville, according to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT).
ARDOT has not reported any injuries from the powerlines, but traffic has been stalled.
