FORT SMITH, Ark. — The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) reported a crash on I-540 near Kelley Highway in Fort Smith at 8:45 p.m. on July 8.
ARDOT said it was impacting all northbound lanes of traffic.
No further details were provided, but emergency personnel responded to the scene.
ARDOT said the crash was cleared at 9:51 p.m., but reported another crash on I-540 right before Exit 5 at 9:52 p.m.
The latest crash was impacting the right, northbound lane but has been cleared as of 10:15 p.m.
