FORT SMITH, Ark. — The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) reported a crash on Interstate 540 near the Arkansas River on Aug. 21 around 5:30 p.m.
According to ARDOT, there are no injuries. However, the crash was impacting the left northbound lane of traffic. At 5:34 p.m., traffic is backed up to Exit 6.
The scene was cleared at 5:48 p.m.
