MADISON COUNTY, Arkansas — A tanker truck is fully engulfed along Highway 23 North near the Madison County line.
It is a 7,000-gallon truck that was reportedly carrying fuel at the time of the incident that took place about six miles north of State Highway 12.
Dave Randall, who saw the trailer roll, says his wife called 911, and that they were 25 yards from the cab when the trailer ignited. Randall and some other witnesses went to the driver's rescue.
"Once I got him out, a gentleman by the name of Camden Broadman, think that was his name, and two other guys helped me get him across the highway," said Randall.
