ARKANSAS, USA — The average price of a gallon of gas has gotten cheaper over the last week, but risen from last month, according to a new report by analysts at GasBuddy.
Arkansas gas prices were measured around $3.13/g on April 1, which is down a few cents from the week before, but up over 16 cents from the beginning of March.
According to GasBuddy, the cheapest station in Arkansas was priced at $2.69/g, while the most expensive was $3.99.
The national average price of gas was "unchanged in the last week, averaging $3.51 per gallon" on April 1, according to GasBuddy.
"For now, motorists have a bit of a reprieve from the constant big weekly price jumps," said GasBuddy's Head of Petroleum Analysis Patrick De Haan.
