Injuries reported after multi-vehicle crash in Crawford County

The crash took place on I-40 Westbound on Exit 7, ARDOT said.

CRAWFORD COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — A multi-vehicle crash in Crawford County slowed traffic in the early morning of Tuesday, June 4, according to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). 

The crash took place on I-40 Westbound on Exit 7 at around 12:56 a.m., ARDOT said.

The crash involved two tractor-trailers and three passenger vehicles, according to ARDOT. One of the tractor-trailers was on its side on the right shoulder, officials report. Injuries were reported, but no details were provided. 

Crews were on the scene for multiple hours, working to clear the area. The roads were cleared until 9:44 a.m., according to ARDOT.
