FORT SMITH, Ark. — A two-car crash has caused injuries near Phoenix Avenue and I-540, close to the Fort Smith Pavilion, according to the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD).
FSPD advises residents to expect delays while the crash is cleared up and attended to.
