WASHINGTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — After early morning crashes slowed down northbound traffic in Washington County on Oct. 24, a stalled vehicle impacted traffic once again just moments later.
The report states this happened at around 8 a.m. at Mile Marker 66.7.
The scene was cleared at around 9:55 a.m., according to the report.
