Yard Waste Recycling Facility service hours extended in Van Buren due to extensive storm debris

The City accepts "bagged yard waste and cut tree limbs" at the facility.

VAN BUREN, Ark. — The City of Van Buren is extending the service hours of its Yard Waste Recycling Facility after extreme weather caused substantial debris. 

Residents can access the center on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. until Noon "until further notice." The center is located at 2844 Highway 59 South. 

The City accepts "bagged yard waste and cut tree limbs" at the facility. Tree limbs over 10 feet long and yard waste from commercial landscaping are not accepted. 

Only Van Buren residents may access the recycling facility.
