ARKANSAS, USA — Severe weather chances will remain elevated in Arkansas and Oklahoma on Monday, Nov. 4.
The National Weather Service (NWS) Storm Prediction Center has placed both Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley under a level 3 out of 5 risk, posing possible severe weather threats to parts of eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas.
These threats include damaging wind gusts, tornadoes, or flash flooding. Tornadoes will be Monday's most prominent threat.
Radar indicated that a tornado was located over Webbers Falls moving northeast at 40 mph around 2:44 p.m. The National Weather Service said the following locations are in or near the path: Gore, Braggs, Cookson, Cherokee Landing State Park, Greenleaf State Park, Pumpkin Center, and Lake Tenkiller State Park.

The tornado warning for Benton and Washington counties has been canceled.
Update (5:24 p.m.)
NWS: A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Lincoln, moving northeast at 45 mph.
The NWS said a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located three miles west of Farmington moving 50 mph.
There are reports of damage in Rogers from a previous potential tornado.

Update (4:45 p.m.)
A storm with the possibility of producing a tornado was located four miles south of Stilwell, moving northeast at 40 mph.

A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 3 miles north of Brushy, moving northeast at 35 mph.
NWS canceled the tornado warning for Sequoyah County, continued for Adair, Benton, and Washington counties.

At 4:08 p.m., a confirmed tornado was located 3 miles southeast of Siloam Springs , moving northeast at 40 mph.
Another developing tornado was near Westville moving northeast at 40 mph.
This includes areas on Interstate 49 between mile markers 59 and 75.
Update (3:45 p.m.)
A tornado was confirmed in eastern Oklahoma, and the National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for Benton County.
"Flying debris may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes, businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction is possible," NWS said.
