SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) – A woman accused of shooting a LeFlore County man in the head is being held without bond Tuesday morning (April 21).

Jailers at the Sebastian County Detention Center said Felicia Carshall, also known by her alias “Felicia Raymond”, is expected to be booked Tuesday. This, after she was arrested by Fort Smith Police Monday afternoon  on several charges, including being a fugitive for justice in LeFlore County following the shooting this weekend. Carshall is also facing charges in Sebastian County after authorities found her in simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and in possession of drug paraphernalia during her arrest.

Carshall is being held without bond due to the extent of her charges, jailers said.

Carshall is expected to appear before a Sebastian County judge on the charges she’s facing there Monday, April 27th at 1:30 p.m., jailers said.

Authorities said it’s unclear at this time when Carshall will be extradited back to LeFlore County on her shooting-related charges.

Authorities first began looking for Carshall after a man was shot Saturday morning on Cowshed Crossing Road, which is east of Spiro, according to LeFlore County Sheriff Rob Seale. The man shot was later identified by Seale as Tyler Dunnigan. He was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment of a gun wound to the back of his head following the shooting. Dunnigan has been treated and released.
