Hunter Yurachek sells Fayetteville home for $1.8M

It is a four-bed, five-bathroom house with amenities including three fireplaces, movie and wine rooms, a pool and hot tub and a three-car garage.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — University of Arkansas Athletic Director Hunter Yurachek and his wife, Jennifer, sold their Fayetteville home for $1.8 million.

Aaron and Erin Crawley bought the Yuracheks’ former home on Montview Drive. It is a four-bed, five-bathroom house with amenities including three fireplaces, movie and wine rooms, a pool and hot tub and a three-car garage.

Grand Savings Bank of Grove, Oklahoma, provided the Crawleys with a $1.5 million loan. The Yuracheks paid $1.2 million for the house in 2018.
