WALDRON (KFSM) — A man who was arrested on suspicion of killing his girlfriend has received his bond.
Daniel Roseberry was served with an arrest warrant for first-degree murder after police said he had called 911, saying he killed his girlfriend, Lavonda Legitt.
Roseberry, 46, has been booked at the Scott County Jail on a bond of $1 million, according to the Waldron Police Department.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Jan. 5, 2016.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Roseberry had stabbed her multiple times with a knife. On the phone with a 911 dispatcher, Roseberry admitted, “I just killed my girlfriend.”
Roseberry was taken into custody without any issue.
