In the win KJ Jefferson became the program's all-time leader in both passing touchdowns and passing yards.
FIU held a brief 13-7 lead in the second quarter but the Razorbacks would retake the lead for good after a Tyrone Broden touchdown catch and then an Alfahiym Walcott fumble return for a score.
